Use these Pink Crystal Salt Platters for Food Preparation
To give a light salty coating to your ingredients, brush a little water onto the Block surface; then chop your herbs, vegetables, garnishes, meat, fish and salads. Scrub or wipe down between items to avoid cross-flavouring.

Can be placed onto a hob of either gas or electric with a steady low heat (ensure you use a heat diffuser between platter and hob). When hot, brush a little water or oil onto the surface; place a handful of your ingredients on the hot Platter and move them around while they sizzle until cooked. Larger portions will need several batches of cooking.
