Sole (pronounced 'solay') is a solution of water saturated with salt
A
clean jar containing whole, natural salt lumps is filled with plain
low-mineral water. The salt dissolves until the water can not absorb
any more. The remaining salt is left in the jar. A teaspoonful of this
solution is added to a glass of water and taken first thing each
morning, 15 minutes before food. This can aid rebalancing of the body's
pH, de-toxing and absorbtion of salt and naturally-occurring minerals.
When
the solution is getting low, simply add more water and leave overnight.
It can be refilled several times, when the salt disappears replace with
new lumps.
Whenever you use salt as a therapy, be sure to take enough water, 1.5 - 2 litres per day.
